CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect the time reserved for each client, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the $75 deposit. • No-shows will also forfeit the $75 deposit. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unexpected situation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
